About This Talk
Following last week’s challenge to list 100 things you like about yourself, Chris offers a second exercise from the same retreat: write down ten or more of your life’s achievements so far. Age doesn’t matter, he says. Most of us have done significant things we haven’t fully given ourselves credit for, and writing them down brings a moment of deep reflection and satisfaction.
Key Ideas
- Write down ten or more things you consider your life achievements so far, at any age.
- They can be personal, like quitting smoking, getting fit or paying for a child’s college.
- Writing them down with intention gives you a moment of deep reflection and satisfaction.
“We have all had very significant accomplishments in our lives.”
